When a client replies

Replies to follow-ups stop everything for that client instantly and are forwarded to you with the client as Reply-To, so you answer them directly.

An out-of-office reply doesn’t stop follow-ups. They wait until the client is back. If a client asks to stop in any words, their follow-ups end and they’re added to Do not contact for good.

If a client calls, texts, or answers your original email instead, reply HALT and their name to any ReplyBump email.
