How ReplyBump works

You send a proposal the way you always do and BCC your ReplyBump address. ReplyBump reads it (client, date, venue, total, line items) and drafts a short series of follow-ups in your voice.

The plan appears on your dashboard. If you do nothing, it goes live two hours later (approve by silence). Each follow-up goes out under your name, in the same email thread, inside your send window.

The moment your client replies, ReplyBump stops and forwards the reply to you. You answer from your own inbox. When it’s settled, tell ReplyBump it was won or lost.
