ReplyBump reads documents you send to your ReplyBump address and sends follow-up emails to your clients on your behalf, under your name, until they reply or you stop it. You can see, edit, pause or stop any follow-up.
You must give accurate information, keep your login secure, and be authorized to act for the business you sign up. You are responsible for activity under your account, including your teammates’.
Use ReplyBump only to follow up with people you have sent a proposal, estimate, invoice or similar document to as part of a real business relationship. Do not use it to send marketing to lists, to contact people who have not engaged with your business, or to send unlawful, deceptive or harassing messages.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your documents and for complying with laws that apply to your communications, including anti-spam laws. You must provide a valid business postal address for follow-up footers. ReplyBump honors unsubscribe requests automatically and permanently.
Follow-ups are drafted with AI from your documents and instructions. We apply rules to keep them accurate (for example, only mentioning prices in your documents), but you remain responsible for messages sent on your behalf. Review plans and drafts as you see fit. You can require approval of every follow-up.
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. New subscriptions may include a free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before it ends. Plan limits on documents are soft: going over never stops a follow-up. Fair use: we may contact you, and in extreme cases limit service, if usage is far beyond normal for your plan or harms deliverability for other customers.
You can cancel any time. Service continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You own your data. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
We work to keep ReplyBump available and may change features over time. We may suspend sending to protect deliverability or comply with law, and will tell you why.
ReplyBump is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that any follow-up will result in a booking. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You may stop using ReplyBump at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
