I BCC’d a proposal and nothing happened

Recovered revenue counts a won booking when the client’s reply came after a ReplyBump follow-up, following at least 5 days of silence. Other wins count as Won but not Recovered.

Mark outcomes with WON/LOST replies or the buttons on the card. When a booking, signed contract or payment email arrives for a client, ReplyBump pauses their follow-ups and asks you to confirm.
