Plain-language answers to the question every business should ask before using a tool like this.
ReplyBump is not connected to your Gmail or Outlook. It does not read, sort, delete or send from your inbox.
Follow-ups go out under your name from your ReplyBump sending address. Replies to them come back to ReplyBump, which stops the follow-ups and forwards the reply to you straight away. You answer your client from your own inbox, as always.
Emails you send to your ReplyBump address (by BCC, CC, a tool’s copy setting, or forwarding), and their attachments.
Replies your clients send to the follow-ups ReplyBump sent for you.
Whether a follow-up was opened, if open tracking is on (you can turn it off).
Email anyone you didn’t send a proposal to.
Invent a price, or mention a deadline your proposal doesn’t state.
Send a follow-up after a client asks it to stop (that request is permanent).
Share one business’s client data with another, or use it to train models for other customers.
Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Proposal files are kept in private storage and are never publicly linkable. Admin access is restricted and every admin action is logged.
Retention: data is kept while your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation, and deleted immediately when you delete your account.
If you find a security issue, email security@replybump.com. We respond within one business day.
