Invite teammates from Settings → Team. Members see their own proposals. Managers and the owner see everyone’s. Proposals belong to whoever sent them, and managers can reassign them.
On the Team plan, the office-manager view shows every rep’s proposals, replies waiting on them, and what’s slipping.
