Follow-ups
Every follow-up has a reason taken from your proposal or your notes, such as a line item, the date or a question they asked. If there’s no honest reason for a follow-up, it’s skipped rather than padded.
These rules always apply. Every follow-up is written as you, in first person, with one ask per email. It never invents or changes a price, only mentions deadlines your proposal states, and never says “just checking in”.
The default cadence is day 0, 4, 10, 18 and 30. Wedding and event businesses use a date-driven cadence that tightens as the event approaches. Change it in Sequences.
